The Lanterman Housing Alliance (LHA) has convened the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee to assist in creating LHA’s equity platform to better reflect and represent the communities we serve.
To that end, LHA has made the following pledge, and welcome your support and participation in this pledge with your organization to:
Actively diversify boards, staff, and vendors.
Collect statistics on the residents you serve, and measure your resident diversity relative to appropriate local standards.
Share resources that you would like to share with LHA Members.
If you agree, please respond back and let us know how we can support you. We will be checking in with you at the beginning of the year and once again prior to the Spring Summit.
