2020 HOUSING THOUGHT LEADERS FALL SUMMIT

LHA's semi-annual Housing Thought Leaders Meeting brings together association Members, Partners, Affiliates, and guests for networking, brainstorming, and collaboration in order to help solve the housing crisis for people with I/DD.  Past panelists and guests include the Association of Regional Centers Agencies (ARCA), State of California Department of Developmental Disabilities (DDS), California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD), The ARC, California Supported Living Network (CSLN), the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) and other important stakeholders in our industry and system. Our spring meeting will include discussion and updates on LHA’s Statewide Strategic Framework: our work to affect systemic change for housing individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as the roll-out of the Legacy Homes Program: a novel program offering families a life-long housing option for their loved one with I/DD.
